Some stories begin with a grand plan. Ours began with a simple hello — an ordinary day that quietly became the most important one of our lives. Neither of us knew it then, but heaven was already writing something beautiful.

Between long conversations and comfortable silences, we found a friendship that felt like home. Somewhere along the way — without either of us noticing the exact moment — home became a person.

A day we'll never forget
By the water, with the city watching, Jes went down on one knee and asked the question he'd been carrying for years. Through happy tears, Athu said yes — and forever officially began.
